IVAN PEREZ | FOUNDER
Our Founder brings a distinct blend of expertise to Building ProSource, with a background in managing Residential Buildings throughout Chicago and Milwaukee, and as the active Co-Founder of a Real Estate Brokerage. This hands-on experience provides him with a deep understanding of what Property Owners, Managers, and Investors value most—especially when it comes to Reliability and Clear Communication.
With this insight, he built a team of skilled Professionals with over Twenty Years of combined experience in Painting and Property Services. Together, we’re committed to delivering not just High-Quality Results, but a Smooth, Transparent Process from start to finish.
